Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: a. Sets for continuous renal replacement techniques for the CMN Postoperative Ward and the Lung Transplantation Ward – in the quantities and meeting the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. b. Lease of machines for continuous renal replacement techniques – 9 units for the UCK Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (compatible with the sets for continuous renal replacement techniques described as Package 1 in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ), in accordance with the description contained in Annex No. 4a to the SWZ. c. Lease of machines for continuous renal replacement techniques – 2 units for the Department of Cardiac Surgery – UCK Lung Transplantation Ward (compatible with the sets for continuous renal replacement techniques described as Package 2 in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and with the substitution/dialysis fluids, anticoagulants and calcium chloride solution for continuous therapies described in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ), in accordance with the description contained in Annex No. 4b to the SWZ. d. Supply of substitution/dialysis fluids, anticoagulants and calcium chloride solution for continuous therapies in the quantities and meeting the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for parts within two Packages. A tender for a part shall mean the individual packages specified below: Package 1 – Sets for continuous renal replacement techniques (Package 1, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ), together with the lease of machines for continuous renal replacement techniques – 9 units (Annex No. 4a to the SWZ) Package 2 – Sets for continuous renal replacement techniques (Package 2, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ) and the assortment described in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, together with the lease of machines for continuous renal replacement techniques – 2 units (Annex No. 4b to the SWZ) The Contractor may submit a tender for one or both parts.
