1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil in an amount of up to 650 m3. This is a successive supply involving the filling of: one underground tank with a capacity of 15 m3 located at the depot at Al. Gen. Wł. Sikorskiego 428 in Rzeszów, three above-ground tanks; each with a capacity of 9 m3 located at ul. Ciepłownicza 11, and a 9 m3 tank at ul. Szpitalna 26 in Rzeszów. The Contracting Authority has the appropriate infrastructure allowing the fuel supplied by the Contractor to be unloaded lawfully in accordance with the applicable regulations. The fuel ordered by the Contracting Authority will be intended solely for its own use. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter III Description of the subject of the contract in the SWZ. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 4,000,000 PLN.
