1. The main subject of the contract is the successive supply, including transportation, of diesel oil, in an estimated quantity of 2 350 000 l, intended to fuel compression-ignition internal combustion engines, specified under CPV code – 09134100 – 8; 2. The fuel offered by the contractor, which is the subject of the contract, must meet the quality requirements of Polish Standard PN-EN 590 for diesel oil and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended), whereby, on the deadline for the submission of tenders, the oil offered must comply with the regulations currently in force in this regard; 3. An additional requirement of the Contracting Authority is that the Contractor be prepared during the winter period to supply diesel oil with improved low-temperature properties; 4. The diesel oil offered must come from current production, be microbiologically clean and resistant to possible biological contamination throughout the entire distribution chain and in the fuel systems of buses. 5. Performance-enhancing additives that improve the quality of diesel oil and are added to the diesel oil offered and supplied must be compatible with engine lubricating oils. 6. The Contracting Authority informs that the collection and storage of samples will comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 1 September 2009 on the method of collecting samples of liquid fuels and liquid biofuels (Journal of Laws 2014.1035). 7. The remaining elements detailing the subject of the contract are contained in the documents attached to the SWZ, in particular in the contract constituting Annex No. 14 to the SWZ 8. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial or variant tenders – providing for a method of performing the contract different from that specified in this specification. 9. The fuel purchased by the Contracting Authority will be used solely and exclusively for its own needs. Procedure: open.
