The subject matter of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel oil. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 2 parts: PART NO. 1: deliveries of diesel oil in a maximum quantity of 950 m3 carried out over a period of 12 months. A single delivery will range from 6 m3 to 32,5 m3. PART NO. 2: deliveries of diesel oil in a maximum quantity of 70 m3 carried out over a period of 12 months. A single delivery will range from 0,4 m3 to 0,5 m3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
