Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of cleaning products and paper goods for the needs of the Regional Water Management Authority in Rzeszów and its subordinate organizational units. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for the given part of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not permit the contract to be divided within individual parts. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more parts of the contract. Unless the SWZ provides otherwise, its provisions shall apply accordingly to all parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. Rules concerning subcontracting: The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform work related to the placement and installation of the subject of the contract referred to in Art. 121 point 2 of the Pzp Act. The Contractor may entrust a subcontractor with the performance of any part of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the Tender Form the parts of the contract that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if already known. If no Subcontractor is indicated in the tender, the Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contractor has declared that it will perform the contract without the participation of subcontractors. Detailed requirements concerning subcontracting are contained in the model contract.
