The subject matter of the contract is: “Purchase of a trailer-container with decontamination equipment (for equipment and infrastructure), including decontamination equipment and replacement clothing” CPV codes 34223300-9 - Trailers, CPV codes 34223000-6 - Trailers and semi-trailers CPV codes 34114110-3 - Rescue vehicles CPV codes 34144200-0 - Emergency services vehicles CPV codes: 34200000-9 - Vehicle bodies, trailers or semi-trailers, CPV codes: 34223330-8 - Mobile units on trailers, CPV codes: 39330000-4 - Disinfection equipment. The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Article 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793) - hereinafter also referred to as the PPL Act. In accordance with Article 139 of the Act, the Contracting Authority provides for a reversed sequence of actions, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then perform the qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction in this procedure. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure. The Contractor shall bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting the tender. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the contract exclusively to Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the PPL Act. The Contracting Authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL Act. In accordance with Article 257(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling this procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The provisions of the aforementioned PPL Act and the implementing acts issued pursuant thereto shall apply to actions undertaken by the Contracting Authority and Contractors in the procedure for the award of this contract. In matters not regulated by the PPL Act, the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code, shall apply. Procedure: open.
