Opportunity description

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of a monitor – 1 unit, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2) The scope of the contract includes: the purchase and delivery of the equipment to the Contracting Authority's premises, including unloading and carrying it to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3) Contract performance period: up to 11 days from the date of receipt of the order. 4) Required minimum warranty period for the equipment: 24 months. 5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Supply Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice. 6) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 7) The detailed conditions for performance of the contract and the payment terms are contained in the model contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 8)The contract is being implemented as part of the project entitled: “jUŚt transition - The potential of the University of Silesia as the basis for the Just Transition of the region”.
