Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery, for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, of factory-new computer monitors showing no signs of prior use, in a maximum quantity of up to 5,200 units (4,200 units under the basic contract (First Basic Stage) and a maximum of up to 1,000 units under the optional contract (Second Stage – Optional)), from one manufacturer, of one brand and the same type, the same model, and with the minimum parameters specified in the Technical Specification constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft contractual provisions together with the annexes constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 2. Performance of the optional contract (Second Stage – Optional, referred to in § 2(3) of the ppu) shall take place within 21 days of providing the Contractor with a Delivery Order, drawn up in writing or in electronic form, according to the template constituting Annex No. 4A to the ppu. The Contracting Authority may submit Delivery Orders under Stage II no later than within 140 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, provided that Delivery Orders may be submitted multiple times and concern any quantity of Equipment (not, however, exceeding the maximum values specified for individual Locations in the Delivery Schedule). 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantity of Equipment in the Second Stage – Optional, or to withdraw completely from the Second Stage – Optional, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim on this account. 4. Failure by the Contracting Authority to provide the Contractor with a Delivery Order, drawn up in writing or in electronic form, within the time limit specified in point 2 is tantamount to the Contracting Authority withdrawing from the optional contract (Second Stage – Optional). 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be performed under the terms and conditions specified in the draft contractual provisions together with the annexes (hereinafter: ppu), constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
