Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of tools under 4 tasks of the basic contract. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right. 3. The description of the subject of the contract together with the price form is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ/Price Form. 4. The type (assortment) and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ/Price Form. 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in 3 to the SWZ – OPZ/Price Form, as well as in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft Contractual Provisions and in the WET – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 6. The conditions for performance of the contract are specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 7. In order to confirm that the assortment offered for supply meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the tender must be accompanied by subject-matter evidence in accordance with Chapter IV of the SWZ (including completing and submitting with the tender the Product Sheet constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ) 8. The contractor is required to send or personally deliver to 3RBLog 1 unit package of samples each, no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of tender opening. The contracting authority does not provide for the supplementation of samples pursuant to Art. 107(2). 1.
