Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of disposable-use products (hereinafter referred to as the goods) of the types and in the quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority guarantees that the minimum value of contracts awarded to the Contractor under a given task during the term of the contract will amount to 60% of the value of the Contractor's remuneration for that task, specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority informs that, in the present procedure conducted under the open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the p.z.p. Act. When applying the aforementioned procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then perform the qualification of the Contractor whose tender received the highest score with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
