The subject of the contract is the supply of non-sterile and sterile medical gloves, non-medical gloves, newborn and delivery kits, and suturing kits for the Our Lady Provincial Specialist Hospital in Częstochowa. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is included in the assortment and price forms constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions concerning performance of the contract are specified in the draft contractual provisions (PPU) constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract is divided into 16 parts. 4. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders. A partial tender means individual parts specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor may submit a tender for any parts or for the entire subject of the contract. 5.
