Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of disposable-use products (hereinafter referred to as the goods) of the types and in the quantities specified in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority guarantees that the minimum value of orders awarded to the Contractor under a given task during the term of the contract will amount to 60% of the Contractor's remuneration for that task, as specified in the Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority hereby informs that, in this procurement procedure conducted as an open tender, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the p.z.p. Act. When applying the aforementioned procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then assess the eligibility of the Contractor whose tender was rated highest with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
