Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: a. Supply of medical devices for negative pressure wound therapy in the quantities and according to the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ (Packages 1 and 2). b. Lease of devices for negative pressure wound therapy – 60 units, in accordance with the description contained in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (compatible with the medical devices described as Package 1 in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). 2. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders within two Packages. A partial tender shall mean the individual packages specified below: Package 1 – supply of medical devices – described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ as Package 1; Supply together with the lease of devices for negative pressure wound therapy – 60 units – described in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ; Package 2 – supply of medical devices – described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ; The Contractor may submit a tender for one or both packages. 1.
