Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of dressing materials, compresses, hemostatic matrices, tissue adhesives, and hernia meshes for the Healthcare Center in Bolesławiec. The parameters described in Annexes No. 2.1-2.5 to the SWZ as required technical and functional parameters constitute a detailed description of the subject of the contract; failure to meet them will result in rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law. The goods offered must meet all parameters specified in the SWZ and annexes, as well as the quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for the given product; they must be brand new (Category I), unused and free from defects, and must retain the intact features of the original packaging, with the manufacturer's markings and catalogue number (if applicable). The Contracting Authority requires exclusively professional goods. Each Contractor may submit only one tender for the entire contract or for a given task/tasks in writing, otherwise it shall be null and void. If a Contractor submits more than one tender for the entire contract or for a given task/tasks, all tenders submitted by that Contractor will be rejected by the Contracting Authority. The contract consists of 5 tasks. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority will consider a tender submitted for all items in a given task to be a partial tender.
