Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: a competency enhancement service for employees of the Assessment Methods Laboratory, divided into eight Parts: Part 1 – Competency enhancement in the architecture, operation and applications of 5G networks (for 2 persons) Part 2 – Competency enhancement in the identification of vulnerabilities and attack methods used by unauthorized persons in order to increase the security level of IT systems (for 1 person) Part 3 – Competency enhancement for the laboratory team in programming and debugging STM32 systems (for 3 persons) Part 4 – Provision of a competency enhancement service in the field of cloud service security (for 1 person) Part 5 – Provision of a competency enhancement service in the field of cybersecurity of industrial systems (for 1 person) Part 6 – Enhancement of OSCP+ qualifications for laboratory employees (for 1 person) Part 7 – Competency enhancement in the area of measurement systems, test automation, embedded systems and engineering tools (for a group of min. 8, max. 12 persons) Part 8 – Provision of a competency enhancement service in the field of information systems security, including a certification examination (for 2 persons) 2. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject matter of the contract, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, shall not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026, items 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the fundamental security interest of the state, 2) an ICT product whose type has been specified in a decision recognizing a supplier as a high-risk supplier, as referred to in Art. 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or an ICT service or ICT process specified in that decision.
