1. The subject of the contract is the supply of zero-emission vehicles (buses) together with the supply and installation of stationary and mobile chargers under the project entitled Integrated transport system in the POF area – City of Nowy Targ. 2. The scope of the contract includes: Part I - supply of midi-type buses together with the construction of a containerised transformer station and the supply and installation of stationary and mobile chargers. The scope of the contract includes: 1/ supply of brand-new zero-emission buses: four midi-type electric buses, 2/ design, supply, construction and commissioning of four stationary charging points for electric buses and a containerised transformer station with a capacity of 630 kVA, 3/ supply of two brand-new mobile plug‑in bus chargers. Part II - supply of mini-type buses together with the supply and installation of mobile chargers. The scope of the contract includes: 1/ supply of brand-new zero-emission buses: two mini-type electric buses, 2/ supply of two brand-new mobile plug in bus chargers. The contract is implemented under the project “Integrated transport system in the POF area – City of Nowy Targ under Priority 3 European Funds for Urban Transport of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Programme”. 3. General requirements: 1/ the formal requirements to be met by the offered subject of the contract and the detailed requirements, technical parameters, equipment, and warranty and service conditions that the offered subject of the contract must meet and possess are contained in: a) Annex No. 8 – description of the subject of the contract - midi-type buses, b) Annex No. 9 – description of the subject of the contract - mini-type buses, c) Annex No. 10 - Functional and Utility Programme - Construction of electric bus charging points – stationary chargers together with a charging process management system, at the bus depot of the Municipal Transport Company in Nowy Targ, d) Annex No. 11 – bill of quantities - Construction of electric bus charging points – stationary chargers together with a charging process management system, at the bus depot of the Municipal Transport Company in Nowy Targ, e) Annex No. 12 – Connection Conditions No. WP/005528/2026/O09R06 – Electric vehicle charging station, f) Annex No. 6 – Agreement No. UP/005528/2026/O09R06 for connection to the distribution network of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., 2/ the contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract at its own expense to the place indicated by the contracting authority together with the ordered accessories; all operating instructions shall be prepared in Polish. The contractor undertakes to train the contracting authority’s employees under the conditions specified in the agreement, 3/ the contractor is required to provide authorised warranty and post-warranty service, with personnel and original spare parts, meeting the requirements specified in the SWZ, which will service the ordered buses together with their accessories during the warranty and post-warranty periods, 4/ the contractor is required to immediately remedy all defects arising or disclosed during the warranty period. Time of arrival and commencement of service from the moment a failure is reported: up to 24 hours. Notification by electronic message (e-mail). 5/ the contractor is required to provide ruggedised diagnostic equipment enabling diagnostics of the delivered vehicles, 6/ the contractor is required to train the contracting authority’s personnel in performing warranty services for the entire subject of the contract, i.e. mechanics and the workshop manager, in diagnosing and reading operational errors together with the possibility of their rapid removal, for which it will issue an appropriate document confirming the training of employees. The training will take place at the place of delivery: Miejski Zakład Komunikacyjny, ul. Konfederacji Tatrzańskiej 1, 34-400 Nowy Targ, 6/ the contractor shall grant internal authorisation to MZK in Nowy Targ to perform technical servicing and warranty and post-warranty repairs of the delivered buses, 7/ the contractor shall provide a written warranty for the delivered vehicles together with their accessories, which may not be shorter than 5 years, 8/ during the warranty period, the cost of travel and service activities shall be borne by the contractor. 9/ before signing the agreement for the supply of the subject of the contract, the contractor must present: - an inspection schedule up to 1000 Rbh - the costs of individual inspections according to the inspection schedule. 10/ the contractor is required to ensure the compatibility of the buses with stationary and mobile plug in chargers. 11/ the bill of quantities for the construction of electric bus charging points – stationary chargers together with a charging process management system, at the bus depot of the Municipal Transport Company in Nowy Targ, is auxiliary material.
