1.1. The subject matter of the basic contract is the supply of 1 high-capacity articulated low-floor electric city bus (hereinafter the MEGA vehicle). Option – increase of the order by 2 buses if funding is obtained. 1.2. The vehicles offered must be new buses, designed in accordance with the principles of ecodesign and modular construction, manufactured in the year of delivery by a single manufacturer, with technical and operational parameters compliant with the Procurement documentation. For each bus, the Contractor shall provide a warranty of min. 60 months and a statutory warranty of 36 months. 1.3. The buses offered may not be prototype products. 1.4. The subject matter of the contract also includes the supply of: 1.4.1. 1 set of documents defining the rules for the provision of warranty and servicing services, in Polish, separately for each bus; 1.4.2. documents necessary to approve the offered buses for operation in Poland, i.e. current vehicle type-approval certificates – separately for each bus supplied; 1.4.3. 1 set of servicing and repair documentation and adjustment and repair data, diagrams of pneumatic and electrical systems, and repair instructions for all systems and devices necessary for proper operation, prepared in Polish – in electronic online form (access to an online service), with access provided for min. 15 years to min. 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.4. 1 catalogue of spare parts dedicated to the buses supplied, in Polish – in electronic online form (access to an online service), with access provided for min. 15 years to min. 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.5. bus operating manuals for drivers in Polish – in paper form, in a quantity equal to the number of buses supplied, and on a pen-drive-type storage medium; 1.4.6. 1 catalogue of standard repair times in Polish, in electronic online form (access to an online service), with access provided for min. 15 years to min. 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.7. 1 list of consumables used in the buses supplied and which must be used (oils, lubricants, operating fluids, filters, fuses, bulbs, etc.), specifying system capacities, quantities and markings – in electronic online form (access to an online service), with access provided for min. 15 years to min. 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.8. 1 set of diagnostic software, including the necessary diagnostic interfaces for its operation, in Polish. Diagnostic computer programs enabling full diagnostics of the buses and all components installed in the buses (in particular: drive system, door control system, pneumatic system, air conditioning, traction battery) must be supplied. The Contractor shall grant a licence for its/their use at 3 workstations and for their updating under the terms set out in the Contract for a period of 15 years from the date of signing the Vehicle Acceptance Protocol for the last vehicle supplied. The Diagnostic Software must be installed and supplied together with 1 portable computer device enabling the vehicles to be started and diagnosed. The Contracting Authority permits wireless communication with the Vehicle via bluetooth; 1.4.9. The documents referred to in points 1.4.1, 1.4.2 and 1.4.5 shall be supplied with each bus. The remaining documents shall be supplied with the first batch of Vehicles. The computer programs referred to in point 1.4.8 shall be supplied with the first batch of Vehicles. 1.5. The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of the necessary servicing equipment and tools and the provision of training under the terms and within the time limits specified in the OPZ. 1.6. The subject matter of the basic contract includes the supply of 1 service mobile plug-in charger with a power rating of min. 20 kW, equipped with a CCS 2.0 charging interface (Combo2, Type2/Mode4) in accordance with IEC 62196-3 or equivalent. 1.7. The option right includes the supply of 1 service mobile plug-in charger with a power rating of min. 20 kW, equipped with a CCS 2.0 charging interface (Combo2, Type2/Mode4) in accordance with IEC 62196-3 or equivalent.
