REVERSED PROCEDURE! JEDZ ONLY FROM THE TENDERER WHOSE TENDER RECEIVED THE HIGHEST SCORE! Pursuant to Art. 139(2) of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority will call upon the Contractor whose tender received the highest score to submit, within the specified time limit, a declaration that it was not subject to exclusion and met the conditions for participation in the procedure as of the tender submission date.
