Opportunity description

1. Subject matter of the contract. 1.1 As part of the performance of this contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Contracting Authority, for remuneration (delivery), electrical materials – emergency materials approved for circulation on the intra-Community market (CE). 1.2. The detailed type, parameters and quantities of the individual elements of the subject matter of the contract are contained in Annex No. 1 to the specification, which is available at: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl 2. Delivery conditions. 2.1 Electrical materials – emergency materials will be delivered by the Contractor at the Contracting Authority’s request, successively, in batches, during the term of the contract, in a maximum of 30 batches. 2.2 The quantity and type of electrical materials – emergency materials to be delivered in a single batch depend on the Contracting Authority’s needs and will be specified in a written request. 2.3 Requests for the delivery of electrical materials – emergency materials will be submitted and sent to the Contractor by email. 2.4 The Contractor undertakes to deliver the electrical materials – emergency materials listed in Annex No. 1 to the Specification within 14 days from the date on which the request is sent to the Contractor. 2.5 The Contractor will be required to notify the Contracting Authority by telephone or email that the requested delivery of electrical materials – emergency materials has been prepared, no later than 1 day before the required delivery date. 2.6 Place of delivery – warehouse of Kopalnia Soli “Wieliczka” S.A., 32 – 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. 2.7 Delivery hours to Kopalnia Soli “Wieliczka” are established on business days from Monday to Friday between 7.00 and 13.00. 2.8 The Contractor is required to deliver the electrical materials – emergency materials at its own expense and using its own resources. 2.9 With the delivery of the electrical materials – emergency materials, the Contractor should provide: a) CE approval certificates, b) WZ proof of release of the product outside.
