Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is a service for the temporary connection of power from a combustion-engine generator set to containers forming part of a camp at the military complex in Biała Podlaska. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. The Contracting Authority requires a mandatory site visit; detailed information is contained in Chapter III of the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots. The Contracting Authority did not divide the contract into lots because dividing the contract into lots could affect the consistency of the performance of the subject matter of the contract and delay the completion date. The Contracting Authority requires full delivery of the quantities specified in the tender form. The Contracting Authority does not envisage contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of granting advance payments. The procedure is not being conducted for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement. The Contracting Authority does not envisage an option right in this procedure. 1.
