Poland – Electricity – Supply of electricity for military facilities in the area of operation of RZI Gdynia—2026

Opportunity description

The subject of the contract will be conducted under an open tender procedure for the supply of electricity. The supply of electricity covered by the contract will take place during the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2027. The Contracting Authority estimates supply for 160 PPE (including 3 virtual simulators); consumption covers a volume of approximately 59 081 MWh. The points are located in the area of operation of RZI within 40 localities. They are currently operated under 13 tariff groups. The contract will be divided into 4 parts due to the territorial area. The consumption points are connected to distribution networks owned by four Distribution System Operators: ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. – 2 PPE (in Part III); Energa Operator S.A. – 149 PPE (all parts); POLENERGIA Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. – 9 PPE (5 PPE in Part I and 4 PPE in Part IV). Part I – supply of electricity for military facilities administered by the 18th Military Economic Unit in Wejherowo, in the following localities: Białogóra (1); Bieszkowice (3); Bolszewo (1); Brudzewo (1); Bukowina (1); Chłapowo (1); Gdynia (9); Głodówko (2); Kościerzyna (2); Rozewie (4); Rumia (2); Rzucewo (3); Siemirowice (13); Strzepcz (1); Wejherowo (5); Wielka Piaśnica (1); Władysławowo (2).
