1. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. The electricity demand during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 amounts to: approximately 8 719 940 kWh (planned contract). 2. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. The remaining conditions concerning the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3.
