Poland – Electricity – Supply of electricity for the needs of the Municipality of the City of Oława

Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the daily, round-the-clock supply of electricity with a rated voltage of 230/400 V and a frequency of 50 Hz for a period of 12 months for the needs of the Municipality of the City of Oława, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and the implementing acts to that Act, in the estimated quantity (+/- 10%) of 2 975 186 kWh, including: - quantity of energy for buildings (ppe described in Annex A) (+/- 10%) – 1 595 410 kWh - quantity of energy for street lighting (ppe described in Annex B) (+/- 10%) - 1 379 776 kWh A detailed list of ppe together with additional information is contained in Annex A (List of facilities of the contracting authority and subordinate units – buildings) and Annex B (List of facilities of the contracting authority and subordinate units - street lighting) to this SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The contracting authority has metering devices adapted to TPA. The determination of the anticipated energy consumption serves to select the most advantageous tender and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the contracting authority to purchase electricity in the stated quantity. The contracting authority guarantees the Contractor that it will take at least 75% of the estimated quantity of electricity specified in the SWZ Settlement for the supply of energy will be carried out exclusively on the basis of actual energy consumption at the unit price specified in the submitted tender.
