Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for powering the facilities of the Institute of Horticulture – National Research Institute located in Skierniewice and Puławy from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, in accordance with the regulations and quality standards specified by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43), the implementing regulations for this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of setting and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904, as amended). 2. The contract is divided into two parts: a) Part I – supply of electricity to facilities in Skierniewice with a total estimated volume of 1 166,92 MWh, b) Part II - supply of electricity to facilities and in Puławy with a total estimated volume of 42,13 MWh.
