Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Integrated purchase of electricity for PGL LP units, divided into 2 parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Supply together with the purchase (if applicable) of electricity for all PPE included in the procedure, excluding PPE with prosumer status – in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ in the worksheet entitled “Part I” 2) Part No. 2 - Supply of electricity for all PPE included in the procedure with prosumer status, settled in accordance with the prosumer settlement rules based on the net-billing system – in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ in the worksheet entitled “Part II” The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in: • the SWZ; • the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (SOPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ; • the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting: Appendix No. 2.1. to the SWZ for Part No. 1 of the contract, Appendix No. 2.2. for Part No. 2 of the contract, and Appendix No. 2.3. for the purchase of RES electricity under Part No. 1 of the Contract; • Detailed information concerning PPE, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ for all parts. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual parts. Number of parts: 2. The Contractor is entitled to submit a tender for any number of parts of the contract selected by it. Contract performance period – applies to each part of the contract. The supply period is established as the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, provided that the supply of electricity to individual electricity consumption points shall begin no earlier than: a) after positive verification of the consumption points by the distribution system operator, if carrying out such a procedure is necessary, and b) from the date indicated in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which specifies the declared sales commencement date for the given Electricity Consumption Point. If, for procedural reasons, the supply of electricity begins after 01.01.2027, the Contractor shall charge fees for the supply of electricity for the actual performance period.
