Opportunity description
1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity and the purchase of electricity generated in renewable energy source installations belonging to the Contracting Authorities, carried out in accordance with the Energy Law Act, the Act on Renewable Energy Sources, the applicable implementing regulations and customer service quality standards. A detailed list of electricity consumption points, RES installations and the forecast volume of electricity covered by the contract is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – “Description of the subject matter of the contract EE 2027-2028”. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authorities’ electricity consumption points, 2) the purchase of electricity generated and fed into the grid from the Contracting Authorities’ RES installations, 3) the settlement of electricity according to the four consumer groups specified in the table below, for which the Contractor is required to offer separate unit prices for electricity applicable respectively in 2027 and 2028. Group 1 Street lighting All street lighting and traffic signal facilities whose operation is controlled automatically. Facilities may belong to the following DSO tariff groups: Oxx, Cxx, R Group 2 Premises and facilities other than street lighting All other facilities not included in Group 1 Facilities may belong to the following DSO tariff groups: Cxx Group 3 Facilities supplied from the MV grid All other facilities not included in Groups 1 and 2 belonging to the following DSO tariff groups: Bxx Group 4 Facilities supplied under tariff group Gxx All other facilities not included in Groups 1–3 belonging to the following DSO tariff groups: Gxx 3. The forecast electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, broken down by tariffs, has been specified in the excell file designated: “Description of the subject matter of the contract EE 2027-2028”; “Volume” tab. 4. Purchase of electricity generated in RES installations 1) The contract also includes the receipt and settlement of electricity fed into the distribution grid from renewable energy source installations belonging to the Contracting Authority; 2) The Contractor will be required to conclude an agreement with the Contracting Authority regulating the principles for the purchase of electricity fed into the grid, compliant with the requirements specified in this SWZ and Appendix No. 5a) to the SWZ, “Minimum requirements concerning the electricity purchase agreement”; 3) The Contractor is required to prepare a draft electricity purchase agreement meeting the requirements specified in the SWZ and Appendix No. 5a to the SWZ; 4) The method of settling electricity fed into the grid will depend on the legal status of the relevant RES installation and the applicable provisions of law. 5. The detailed conditions for the performance of the contract have been specified by the Contracting Authority in the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ – PPU. 6. Electricity distribution services will be provided under separate agreements concluded between the individual Contracting Authorities (consumers/payers) and the relevant distribution system operator (DSO).
