Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to all facilities belonging to Świdnickie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Świdnicy Sp. z o. o., in accordance with the rules set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law). A detailed description of the Subject of the contract and the manner of its performance is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - List of electricity consumption points - energy characteristics and in the Draft contract – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority informs that the planned electricity consumption will amount to 3921,286 MWh over a period of 12 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
