Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, for the needs of Iława County and its subordinate units during the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029. 2. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] during the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2029 amounts to 6 968,544 MWh. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including a list of electricity consumption points, data concerning the individual Contracting Authorities and the estimated electricity consumption, is contained in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The draft contractual provisions constitute Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, together with Annex No. 1 – the list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract, and Annex No. 2 – the power of attorney. 4. The contract covers the sale of electricity and does not include the provision of electricity distribution services. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate contracts concluded with the relevant distribution system operators. 5. The description of the subject matter of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all material characteristics of the subject matter of the contract (the subject matter of the contract is standardised – it will be performed identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), and takes into account all life-cycle costs – margin, commercial balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, costs of property rights and excise duty. Apart from the aforementioned costs, the Contracting Authority does not anticipate any other costs for the supply of electricity.
