Pursuant to Art. 38(1)-(3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authorities have decided to jointly conduct a tender procedure and award a public contract for the supply of electricity. LKS Trątnowianka, Trątnowice 10, 32-090 Słomniki III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for municipal facilities and street lighting in the Municipality of Słomniki for the years 2027–2029. 2. The Contracting Authority requires that, in accordance with Resolution No. LXXV/1102/23 of the Małopolskie Voivodeship Assembly amending Resolution No. XXV/373/20 of the Małopolskie Voivodeship Assembly of 28 September 2020 concerning the Air Protection Programme for the Małopolskie Voivodeship, dated 20 November 2023 (Official Journal of the Małopolskie Voivodeship of 2023, item 7662), 75% of the electricity supplied to public utility buildings (that is approximately: 450000 kWh) come from renewable sources. 3. Estimated consumption in individual years: 1) 2027 - 1858795 kWh; 2) 2028 - 1858795 kWh; 3) 2029 - 1858795 kWh; 4. A detailed list of electricity consumption points is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. If, during the term of this Agreement, legal acts enter into force entitling the Contracting Authority to benefit from preferential electricity price rates, the Contractor shall be obliged to apply them in accordance with the entitlements granted by those acts. 6. Description of tariff groups: a) Tariff group I – for electricity consumption points with demand below 40kW. One tariff zone applicable around the clock. Equivalent to the G11 tariff of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. b) Tariff group II -– for electricity consumption points with demand below 40kW. Tariff based on two billing zones: daytime and nighttime. The billing zones apply as follows: Daytime: 14 hours per day. Nighttime: 10 hours per day*, including 8 consecutive hours within the period between 22:00 and 7:00 and 2 consecutive hours within the period between 13:00 and 16:00. Equivalent to the G12 tariff of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. c) Tariff group III – for electricity consumption points with demand below 40kW. One tariff zone applicable around the clock. Equivalent to the C11 tariff of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. d) Tariff group IV – for electricity consumption points with demand below 40kW. Tariff based on two billing zones: peak and off-peak. The billing zones apply during the following hours: Peak: 8:00-13:00, 17:00-21:00. Off-peak: 13:00-17:00, 21:00-8:00. Equivalent to the C12a tariff of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. e) Tariff group V – for electricity consumption points with demand above 40kW. Tariff based on two billing zones: daytime and nighttime. The billing zones apply during the following hours: Daytime: 6:00-13:00, 15:00-22:00; Nighttime: night and afternoon on working days, hrs. 22:00-6:00, 13:00-15:00; as well as weekends and statutory public holidays. Equivalent to the O12 tariff of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. f) Tariff group VI – for electricity consumption points with demand below 40kW. Tariff based on two billing zones: daytime and nighttime. The billing zones apply as follows: Daytime: 14 hours per day. Nighttime: 10 hours per day*, including 8 consecutive hours within the period between 22:00 and 7:00 and 2 consecutive hours within the period between 13:00 and 16:00. Equivalent to the C21 tariff of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. h) Tariff group VIII – for electricity consumption points supplied from medium-voltage electricity networks with contracted capacity above 40 kW, with single-zone billing for electricity consumed. Equivalent to the B21 tariff of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. i) Tariff group IX- for electricity consumption points supplied from medium-voltage electricity networks with contracted capacity above 40 kW. Tariff based on two billing zones: peak and off-peak. The billing zones apply during the following hours: Peak: 8:00-13:00, 17:00-21:00. Off-peak: 13:00-17:00, 21:00-8:00.
