Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity under the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in the implementing acts issued on its basis. The supply of energy will be based on actual electricity consumption, based on the prices of the RDN (Day-Ahead Market) and RT (Futures Market) product indices on the Polish Power Exchange (TGE) for the given settlement period, taking into account the Contractor's margin and mandatory charges (excise duty, property rights, taxes, etc.). during the period from 01.01.2027 (inclusive) to 31.12.2027 (inclusive), with an approximate volume of: 9 000 MWh.
