Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulma Family Sp. z o.o., divided into 2 lots. The estimated quantity of energy supplied during the delivery period is 12 743 MWh, including: Lot 1 – 12 270 MWh, Lot 2 – 473 MWh. It does not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the stated quantity. Actual electricity consumption will depend solely on the Contracting Authority's actual needs. The Contractor is obliged in each case to apply the energy price offered in the tender. The Contracting Authority currently has electricity sales contracts in place for: Lot 1 – a reserve electricity sales contract with PGE Obrót S.A., Lot 2 – an electricity sales contract with PGE Obrót S.A. The Contracting Authority currently has distribution agreements (for an indefinite period) with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. (for lots 1 and 2 of the contract).
