The Contracting Authorities are: Independent Public Healthcare Institution Prof. Tadeusz Koszarowski Opole Oncology Center in Opole – Leader of the procedure (Contract - 1) and the Provincial Hospital in Opole Sp. z o.o. – Participant in the procedure (Contract - 2).
