Opportunity description

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for 2027/2028 for the facilities indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law. The Contracting Authority has systematically conducted the procedure for changing electricity suppliers since 2011. The above contract is being conducted under the procedure for another change of electricity supplier on the basis of generally applicable provisions of law. Subject of the contract: estimated electricity demand: volume for 2027 up to 1 262 500,00 kWh, volume for 2028 up to 1 337 500,00 kW. The total contract volume covered by the contract is up to 2 600 000,00 kWh. In accordance with the estimated electricity consumption set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter: OPZ). In the event of differences between the totals contained in Annex No. 1 and this SWZ, the volume indicated in the SWZ shall apply. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the contract award procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the PZP Act if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.
