3.1. The subject matter of the contract is: a) the supply of electricity under the terms specified in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 and in the implementing acts issued pursuant thereto, b) the settlement of surplus electricity generated in renewable energy source (RES) installations indicated in Annex No. 1 to the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), which was fed into the grid of the local distribution system operator (DSO), together with a commercial balancing service under the terms specified in the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 7 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) for the procedure in question. 3.2. The detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Procedure: open.
