Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract covers the comprehensive supply of electricity together with the provision of distribution services for the benefit of the State Water Holding Polish Waters, Regional Water Management Authority in Kraków in 2027. The comprehensive supply of electricity together with the provision of distribution services will be carried out under the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1385, as amended), the implementing regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws 2023, item 819, as amended), the currently applicable tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO), approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the Distribution Grid Operation and Maintenance Instructions, generally applicable legal provisions, and the unit prices of active energy determined following the conclusion of the procedure in question. The comprehensive supply of electricity together with the provision of distribution services to the RZGW consumption points in Kraków, DSO Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., will be provided to the electricity consumption points (hereinafter referred to as PPE) listed in Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ / Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement.
