1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale and distribution of electricity in 2027 for the facilities of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, together with a commercial balancing service for energy from renewable energy installations, starting on 01 January 2027. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the list and data of the PPE energy consumption points covered by the contract are provided in the SWZ annexes. The facilities listed and the electricity consumption assumed for the contract are for guidance only and are used to calculate the estimated value of the contract and compare tenders. This does not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the stated quantity. Procedure: open.
