The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to the final consumers of the 14th Energy Purchasing Group of the Association of Municipalities of Opole Silesia, within the meaning of and pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law. Sale of electricity to final consumers in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, in a quantity consistent with actual demand, intended to supply street lighting (including squares, sports fields, pedestrian crossings), with the total forecast demand for electricity for this part of the contract for all PPE covered by the contract amounting to approximately 12.7 GWh, with a total contracted capacity of approximately 3.77 MW. Sale of electricity to final consumers in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, in a quantity consistent with actual demand, intended to supply buildings and other facilities (including public utility facilities such as schools, kindergartens, offices and commercial premises, swimming pools, sports halls, sewage pumping stations, water treatment plants, hydrofornia facilities), with the total forecast demand for electricity for this part of the contract for all PPE covered by the contract amounting to approximately 21.3 GWh, with a total contracted capacity of approximately 47.28 MW.
