Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to the final customers of the 14th Energy Purchasing Group of the Association of Municipalities of Opole Silesia, within the meaning of and pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law. Sale of electricity to final customers in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, in an amount consistent with actual demand, intended to power street lighting (including squares, sports fields, pedestrian crossings), with the total forecast demand for electricity for this part of the contract for all PPE covered by the contract amounting to approximately 12.7 GWh, with a total contracted capacity of approximately 3.77 MW. Sale of electricity to final customers in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, in an amount consistent with actual demand, intended to power buildings and other facilities (including public utility facilities such as schools, kindergartens, offices and commercial premises, swimming pools, sports halls, sewage pumping stations, water treatment plants, and booster stations), with the total forecast demand for electricity for this part of the contract for all PPE covered by the contract amounting to approximately 21.3 GWh, with a total contracted capacity of approximately 47.28 MW.
