Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the LSEG information service for the Bank Guarantee Fund by obtaining access to the LSEG Workspace information platform for two workstations, for a period of 48 months. 2. The information service must combine information access functions for professionals operating in financial markets with an extensive database within the Datastream service, enabling the creation of analyses and charts for a wide range of assets and financial and economic areas. LSEG must also provide access to 24/7 service support and a large selection of free training courses and workshops. 3. The LSEG Workspace service must provide, among other things: a) an information service containing Reuters agency news covering all economic and geographical areas and all types of assets, b) access to current data on the valuation of all asset classes: equity securities, exchange rates, money markets, debt markets, natural resources or real estate markets, c) access to economic and market forecasts conducted as part of the LSEG survey and collected from market participants and major forecasting centers, d) tools providing detailed data on investor relations and shareholdings, enabling trend analysis, risk assessment, and technical and fundamental analysis of companies, securities and other assets, e) access to the Datastream database integrated with Office tools (including Excel), which accumulates all market and economic data made available by national statistical offices, central banks, international financial institutions or financial market participants, f) access to analytical tools enabling the creation of analyses, charts, custom reports and visualizations based on the Datastream database, g) communication with other market participants and colleagues via LSEG Messenger, including the possibility of concluding transactions using the messenger, h) a range of other applications, financial calculators and professional specialist services, i) automatic software updates.
