The subject matter of the contract is the Purchase of equipment for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders, in accordance with the following packages: Package No. 1 – Laboratory scale – 1 pc. Package No. 2 – Undercounter laboratory refrigerator – 4 pcs. Package No. 3 – Archival drawer cabinet for blocks/slides – 16 pcs. Package No. 4 – Ventilated cabinet for specimens – 4 pcs. Package No. 5 – Printer for histopathology cassettes – 1 pc. Package No. 6 – Printer for microscope slides – 2 pcs. Package No. 7 – Ventilated cabinet for chemical reagents – 2 pcs. Package No. 8 – Ventilated worktop – 1 pc. Package No. 9 – Cabinet for histopathology cassettes – 21 pcs. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more packages. The task will be carried out as part of a Project co-financed from the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure 08.06 Healthcare infrastructure (project type II). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the contract award procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law of 11.09.2019 if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
