The subject of the contract is the supply of various types of high-fidelity simulators for TCCC/TECC training for the medical training needs of the State Fire Service, according to the division specified in point 6.3 of the SWZ. The subject of the contract also includes conducting training for the Contracting Authority’s employees/officers in the operation and ongoing servicing of the simulators, covering all functions and scenarios that can be performed with their assistance. The subject of the contract must be performed within the scope of and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Appendices No. 1A and 1B thereto entitled: “Description of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter also referred to as the “OPZ”), and in accordance with the applicable regulations. Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are also specified in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ entitled: “Draft Contractual Provisions” (hereinafter also referred to as the “PPU”). The Contracting Authority requires the contractor to provide a guarantee and statutory warranty (the statutory warranty period will be equal to the guarantee period) amounting, for lot 1, to at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract by the Contracting Authority and, for lot 2, to at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract by the Contracting Authority. The detailed required guarantee conditions are contained in the PPU. Tenders offering a guarantee period shorter than that required by the Contracting Authority will be rejected as non-compliant with the requirements of the SWZ. The subject of the contract also includes conducting training for the Contracting Authority’s employees/officers in the operation and ongoing servicing of the simulators, covering all functions and scenarios that can be performed with their assistance.
