1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of two specialist 4x4 ambulances with equipment and bariatric stretchers for the needs of OL and OC, carried out under a targeted grant transferred from the state budget for investments and capital purchases in the field of government administration and other tasks commissioned by statutes and carried out by the county, intended to finance the project entitled “Enhancing the capacity of Bieszczadzkie Pogotowie Ratunkowe SPZOZ in Sanok in the field of evacuating injured persons”, with the subject of the contract divided into individual lots. A detailed description, scope and quantity of the subject of the contract are included in the required technical and operational parameters form, Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Contract Terms. 3. The subject of the contract must meet the technical and quality characteristics specified in Polish Standards transposing European harmonised standards, i.e. in accordance with the current Polish Standard PN:EN 1789 and PN-EN 1865+A2 - or equivalent, as well as the required conditions for the base vehicle and medical bodywork. The equipped ambulance must be delivered to the Contracting Authority's registered office. Together with the delivery, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with documents authorising the vehicle for road traffic in accordance with applicable regulations and enabling the provision of medical services within the State Emergency Medical Services system. 4. The contract performance conditions are included in the model contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 5. If the Contractor finds that the trademarks, national standards, European standards or international standards used in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ may indicate product manufacturers or sources of origin, the Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions in this respect. This means that the technical parameters of the products indicated in this way define the Contracting Authority's minimum expectations regarding the quality of the products to be used to perform the subject of the contract. Furthermore, whenever it is found that a description or characteristic of the described product may indicate the source of origin or manufacturer, the Contractor is also entitled to use equivalent products, understood as products whose technical parameters are no worse than those indicated in the SWZ and/or the annexes to the SWZ.
