The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 type C emergency ambulance with specialist equipment for the needs of the Podkarpackie Emergency Medical Service Station in Mielec, with technical and functional parameters compliant with the requirements described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the offer of a factory-new type C emergency ambulance with a fitted-out medical compartment. The offered ambulance must have factory-new equipment, free from defects and covered by a warranty. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the minimum requirements concerning the base vehicle, medical compartment and medical equipment, is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3.
