Preparation of multi-discipline design documentation for the project entitled “Thermal modernization of UMW historic buildings” under Measure FENX.01.01 Energy Efficiency and provision of author’s supervision 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two separate parts, each of which is subject to separate evaluation: Part 1 Building at 3 Chałubińskiego Street in Wrocław Part 2 Building at 66-68 Skłodowskiej Street in Wrocław 3. The subject of the contract has been specified, and the Contracting Authority’s needs and the characteristics of the services constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 2 to the Description of Needs and Requirements (hereinafter referred to as “OPiW”), entitled “Specification of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”), and in the Draft Contract constituting Annex No. 10 to the OPiW. Part 1 Building at 3 Chałubińskiego Street in Wrocław 1) Preparation of multi-discipline design documentation together with obtaining a final building permit decision, divided into stages and eligible and ineligible costs, entitled: “Thermal modernization of UMW historic buildings” under Measure FENX.01.01 Energy Efficiency (Call No. FENX.01.01-IW.01-004/24) - building at 3 Chałubińskiego Street in Wrocław 2) Provision of author’s supervision over the execution of works carried out on the basis of designs prepared by the Contractor - from the initiation of the public procurement procedure for the selection of the construction works contractor until completion of the investment. The Contracting Authority anticipates 100 visits. The subject of the contract has been specified, and the Contracting Authority’s needs and the characteristics of the services constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, entitled “Description of the subject of the contract Part 1 3 Chałubińskiego Street” (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”), and in the model contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
