The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete documentation (hereinafter referred to as the documentation), together with obtaining the opinions, approvals and administrative decisions required by construction law and providing designer’s supervision for the following tasks: Part 1: Task No. 02-31-1.2-07—restoration of the functions of wetland areas (over an area of 10.68ha) through the construction of sluices on a drainage ditch and the construction of a water-drawing point with an area of approx. 0.01ha and a depth of 1.5m, together with a maneuvering area and access road. The water-drawing point is to be constructed in the form of a natural well dug in the ground, which will enable water to be obtained for firefighting purposes. Location: Mieczysko forest range, forest address: 02-31-1-03-425-o, 02-31-1-03-425-p, 02-31-1-03-425-t, 02-31-1-03-425-y, 02-31-1-03-426-h, 02-31-1-03-426-i, 02-31-1-03-426-r, 02-31-1-03-442-a, administrative address: Miasteczko Śląskie municipality, Bibiela cadastral district, cadastral plot number 201. Description of natural conditions in the area of impact: a meadow area intersected by ditches, and in compartment 442-a a fragment of a tree stand with an area of 0.10 ha, with a 33-year-old tree stand composed of OL and Brz, growing in a BMw habitat. The area is periodically flooded, in the immediate vicinity of a drainage ditch that constantly carries water. A public asphalt road directly adjoins the site. . Part 2: Task No. 02-31-1.2-08—restoration of the functions of wetland areas over an area of 8.38ha through the construction of sluices/dams (4 units) on a drainage ditch, with reinforcement of the slopes and the bottom of the ditch before and after the sluice using stone riprap. Location: Mieczysko forest range, forest address: 02-31-1-03-468-m, 02-31-1-03-468-n, 02-31-1-03-469-i, 02-31-1-03-469-j, 02-31-1-03-493-a, administrative address: Miasteczko Śląskie municipality, Brynica cadastral district, cadastral plot number 974/150. Description of natural conditions in the area of impact: compartment 468-m overgrown with a 27-year-old alder stand growing in an Ol habitat; compartment 468-n, a meadow partially overgrown with bird cherry shrubs; compartment 469-i overgrown with a naturally originating tree stand composed of bird cherry, birch and spruce; compartment 493-a overgrown with a 61-year-old pine stand growing in a BMw habitat. Area flooded by beavers. The area directly adjoins a public road with an asphalt surface. Part 3: Task No. 02-31-1.2-06—restoration of the functions of wetland areas through the construction of sills and dams using natural materials (stone, wood). Location: Kolonia Woźnicka forest range, forest address: 02-31-1-02-31-i (sill)02-31-1-02-31-n (dam), 02-31-1-02-76-a (dam), 02-31-1-02-75-c (sill). The dams are intended to impound water and create floodwaters on land adjoining the watercourse. administrative address: Kalety municipality, Zielona cadastral district, cadastral plots numbers 303, 3211, 3212, 3213, 3230. Description of natural conditions in the area of impact: In compartment 31i, wetland, LMw habitat, area covered with a 71-year-old Ol stand; compartment 31-n covered with a 106-year-old pine stand growing in a BMw habitat; compartment 76-a overgrown with a 5-year-old alder stand growing in a BMb habitat; compartment 75-c overgrown with a 29-year-old pine stand growing in a Bw habitat. As part of preparing the design and technical documentation, the Contractor shall perform all work necessary to carry out this task, including geodetic work. b) Obtaining the complete set of designs, opinions, decisions and approvals required by law in order to obtain a final and legally binding building permit decision in accordance with the Construction Law Act of 07.07.1994 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2025.418) and a water-law permit in accordance with the Water Law Act of 20.07.2017 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2025.960). c) Acting as an expert in the public procurement procedure for construction works (including preparing answers to questions submitted concerning the SWZ). d) Providing designer’s supervision throughout the entire period of construction works, including, among other things, checking the compliance of the performance of the works with the design documentation and applicable laws and standards, clarifying doubts concerning the building and detailed designs and introducing any necessary additions to the details of the design documentation, agreeing with the Contracting Authority and the construction works Contractor on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions with regard to materials, structures, and technical or technological solutions, supervising the introduction of changes so that this does not result in a material change to the design, participating in meetings and technical committees and at the construction site where it is necessary to check the compliance of the construction works with the design solutions, providing advice and guidance to construction works Contractors, and clarifying doubts and problems on an ongoing basis during performance. e) Updating the investor’s cost estimate within 2 years from the date of formal acceptance of the documentation. f) The costs of obtaining the permits and decisions required by law shall be borne by the Contractor.
