Preparation of a Water-Law Survey concerning the drainage by means of wells of the area of the city of Kraków affected by the impoundment caused by the Dąbie barrage on the Vistula River 2. Preparation and effective submission to the authority issuing water-law permits of an application for the issuance of a water-law permit concerning the lowering of the groundwater level in the area of the city of Kraków affected by the impoundment of the Vistula River by the Dąbie barrage. 3. Obtaining extracts and maps from the land register for the wells and outlets. 4. Preparation of a hydrogeological analysis. Procedure: open.
