The subject of the contract is the preparation of the construction design and detailed designs together with obtaining the administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the investment task entitled “Expansion of Marshal Józef Piłsudski Avenue from Trakt Brzeski Street to the boundary of the Capital City of Warsaw — preparatory works” together with providing author's supervision. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) carrying out preparatory works, 2) carrying out a traffic analysis for the expansion of Marshal J. Piłsudski Avenue in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the letter of the Road Traffic Management Office, reference: ZR-OR.7211.486.2025.LGA dated 12.11.2025, 3) obtaining a decision on environmental conditions (DŚU), together with preparing all studies necessary to obtain it, in particular the Project Information Sheet and the environmental impact report – if required, 4) obtaining a water-law permit – if required, 5) obtaining a decision authorizing the implementation of the road investment together with preparing all necessary studies, 6) preparing promotional and informational materials, 7) preparing the construction design together with geotechnical documentation, 8) preparing the technical design, 9) preparing detailed designs, 10) preparing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 11) preparing maps showing the proposed subdivision of real estate, 12) preparing bills of quantities, 13) preparing the investor's cost estimate and the cost-estimate form for the tender, 14) preparing responses to tenderers' questions and making any necessary modifications to the prepared documents during the tender procedure, 15) providing author's supervision during the execution of construction works.
