Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of a Design in accordance with the applicable Construction Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional and utility programme (design documentation comprising a site development design, architectural and construction design, and technical design) for the construction of: • a sanitary sewer network together with connections in Poznań as part of investment task 5-05-17-048-1 Poznań – sanitary sewer system in Beskidzka and Biskupińska Streets, together with obtaining a final building permit decision (AQUANET S.A. permits the building permit decision to be obtained electronically. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is left to the Contractor's decision), and the provision of author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject matter of the contract, from the date of conclusion of the agreement with the construction works Contractor until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for those works. Detailed requirements concerning the Subject Matter of the Contract and all information concerning design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by AQUANET S.A., which constitute the basis for the design. As part of author's supervision, provision must be made for: 1. for investment task 5-05-17-048-1 Poznań – sanitary sewer system in Beskidzka and Biskupińska Streets • Supervision Sheets involving a site visit – 20 Supervision Sheets • Supervision Sheets without a site visit – 20 Supervision Sheets, for a total of 40 supervision sheets. If it is necessary to increase the number of site visits or the number of supervision sheets without a site visit, the unit prices from the Agreement for the provision of author's supervision for the above-mentioned tasks will be used for settlement, provided that these prices will apply to no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Sheets involving a site visit and no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Sheets without a site visit specified above.
