Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the SSP and DSO installations, modernization of general and emergency fire-protection lighting, the CCTV and SIUP systems, work related to sanitary installations, structural work on building partitions, and the installation of suspended ceilings in corridors, together with the installation of general and local lighting in the building of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy at ul. Wspólna 2/4 in Warsaw. 2. The Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose tender is deemed the most advantageous, under the terms specified in the PPU. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of introducing amendments to the concluded contract, pursuant to Article 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of Contractors conducting a site visit. The rules for conducting the site visit have been specified in the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority informs that the information contained in the documentation constituting Annexes Nos. 1 and 4 to 7 to the OPZ is confidential and may not be disclosed to persons other than Contractors. The rules for access to the indicated documents have been specified in the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority requires a bid bond in the amount of PLN 32,000.00 under the rules specified in the SWZ. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right first to examine and evaluate the tenders and then to assess the Contractor’s eligibility. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require a performance bond. 8.
