Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation (hereinafter referred to as the documentation), together with obtaining the opinions, approvals and administrative decisions required by construction law, and providing author’s supervision for the following tasks: 1.1. Task accounting number: 03-04-1.1-05 Task name: Part 3: Preparation of design documentation for the task: Construction of a dry reservoir in compartment 28a of the Wolica Forest Range; Location: - Wolica Forest Range; forest addresses: 03-04-1-01-28-a (Natura 2000 area – “Las nad Braciejową” PLH 180023); - County: Dębicki; City of Dębica; cadastral district 6; plot number 2577 Description: - Construction of a dry reservoir by damming a watercourse with an earth embankment, installing a pipe allowing water to flow freely, and reinforcing the inlet and outlet with riprap. The planned volume of retained water is 400 m3 over an area of approximately 0.3 ha. 2. The documentation will comprise: 2.1. Design documentation containing: 2.1.1. construction design covering the specific nature of the construction works. 2.1.2. detailed design 2.2. Cost-estimate documentation containing: 2.2.1. Investor’s cost estimate prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on determining the methods and bases for preparing an investor’s cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design work and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility programme (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2458), 2.2.2. Bill of quantities, which should contain a list of the principal works expected to be performed, in the technological sequence of their execution, together with their detailed description or an indication of the bases establishing the detailed description, and an indication of the relevant technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works.
